The Supreme Court has rejected Reliance Infocomm's plea seeking permission to furnish Rs 847 million through a bank guarantee towards the balance due to BSNL as ADC. The apex court has asked the company to deposit the amount, failing which BSNL would be entitled to withdraw its services to Reliance Infocomm. This amount has been desposited.
