BlackBerry partners with Tata Power to develop secure mobile communications system

Secusmart, the software unit of Canada-based smartphone manufacturer BlackBerry has partnered with Tata Power Strategic Engineering Division (SED) to jointly develop a secure mobile communications system. This high-end security system is intended to be used mainly by the government departments.
Secusmart develops and implements solutions for protecting businesses and public authorities from electronic eavesdropping. The proposed collaboration is expected to leverage Tata Power SED's expertise in security, software and hardware design and manufacturing and Secusmart's expertise in this field to provide a highly capable and secure communication solution that would meet stringent government requirements.- Most Viewed
