Karbonn and HCL partner for GoLife mobile application
HCL Services has partnered with Karbonn Mobiles to launch a mobile application, GoLife. According to the companies, the application is designed to inform, involve and empower the rural and semi-urban population of India.
The mobile application will enable the rural population to easily access market information, get timely weather advisory and receive alerts from experts in the areas of agriculture, health care and education. The GoLife application will be available in 11 local languages.
Further, the application will provide extensive reach across 22 states with 7,000 markets, 8,000 blocks, 275 crops and commodities and more than 30 ecosystem partners. In addition, 40 agriculture experts will be available to offer advisory services to farmers.
