Idea to launch 4G services in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle in early 2016

Idea Cellular is planning to launch its 4G services in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle in early 2016. The company has stated that it has acquired the necessary spectrum to launch the services and is presently working on setting up the relevant networks.
The company has more than 20 million customers in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle. It held about 41.2 per cent market share in the circle during the quarter ended June 2015. Idea is also planning to expand its base in remote areas of the states and is planning to launch its services at 400 to 500 rural locations in the region, during 2015-16.
