Reliance Communication has applied to the Wireless Planning and Coordination wing of DoT for GSM spectrum in four more circles –­ Chennai, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West) and Jammu & Kashmir. The company had previously applied for the same in the Delhi and Mumbai circles.
