3 Italia, the telecom company owned by Hong Kong's Hutchison Whampoa, seems unlikely to launch its long-awaited IPO this year due to poor market sentiment. The depressed environment for new company launches has also hit Italtel, the telecom equipment supplier. Its listing is also on hold after the company initially wanted to start an investor roadshow in the middle of May.
