The Tata Group is planning to invest Rs 90 billion over the next two years to roll out telecom services in 12 new circles. This investment is in addition to the Rs 900 billion that the group has already invested in its telecom business across the country. The group has an ambitious rollout plan, which envisages network coverage in over 1,000 cities in 20 circles by March 2005.
