Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) plans to invest Rs 1 billion in its two circles –­ Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra –­ in the next three to six months. The investment will include setting up of new mobile switching centres (MSCs) and cell sites.
