DoT has stated that its decision to impose a fine of Rs 1.5 billion on Reliance Infocomm will not be reviewed. Reliance Infocomm had earlier asked DoT to reconsider its decision to impose the penalty.

The penalty had been imposed because the company had allegedly been routing international calls as local calls to avoid paying ADC.
