Hanoi Telecom and Hutchison Communications to set up a $655.9 million mobile phone network

Hanoi Telecom and Hutchison Communications have been granted a licence to set up a $655.9 million mobile phone network. This will be Vietnam's first 3G CDMA network. Hutchison plans to inject $300 million into the project in the first two years.
