RJIL likely to delay the commercial launch of its 4G services

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) is reportedly likely to delay the commercial launch of its 4G services in the country. The operator which was earlier scheduled to launch its services in December 2015, is now expected to launch them in April 2016.
Meanwhile, the operator has stated that it will launch its mobile handsets under the brand name of LYF in mid-November 2015. These handsets will be priced between Rs 7,000 and Rs 25,000.
RJIL has pan-India spectrum license in the 2300 MHz band. Besides this, the operator also holds licenses in the 800 MHz band in 10 circles and 1800 MHz in 14 circles.
