Telkom acquires domestic business data provider (Indonesia)

Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) has, through its subsidiary, Multimedia Nusantara, acquired the remaining 49 per cent it did not already own in domestic business data provider Infomedia Nusantara from Elnusa.
Separately, Telkom is reportedly looking to acquire a telecom tower operator and has secured a bank loan of $246 million to fund its business expansion plans.
