Tata Communications' promoters pledge 10.53 per cent stake with lenders

Tata Communications has stated that two of its promoters, Tata Sons and Pantone Finvest, have pledged 10.53 per cent stake in the company with lenders. The estimated worth of the 30 million shares pledged by the two promoters is Rs 13.29 billion.
