Telekom Malaysia sells 60 per cent stake in Guinea's Sotelgui (Malaysia)

Telekom Malaysia has sold its 60 per cent stake in Société des Télécommunications de Guinée (Sotelgui), a Guinea-based fixed line and cellular services operator, to the Guinean government. After the sale of stake, the Guinean government now controls 100 per cent of Sotelgui and is seeking new private investors for the company.
