Taiwan Mobile has reportedly sold 6 per cent stake to a foreign private equity (PE) fund in a deal estimated at about $433 million. Following the transaction, the foreign ownership in Taiwan Mobile has increased to 48.47 per cent. The company has not provided any further details about the transaction, including the name of the PE fund.
