TTSL shortlists five companies for selling tower stake

Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) has reportedly shortlisted five companies, including American Tower Company, Essar Telecom and the US-based investment firm Carlyle, for selling over 40 per cent stake in its tower business. According to sources, in contrast to its earlier plans, the Tata group company is not likely to dilute a majority stake in the tower business.
