Lenovo India has announced the appointment of Subhankar Roy Chowdhury as head, human resources for India, Middle East and Africa. In his new role, Subhankar will be leading Lenovo's HR strategy and operations in India and the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Chowdhury brings over 15 years of HR expertise. Prior to joining Lenovo, he was with Nokia where he worked for five years in India and Singapore, and for the last two and half years, served as the HR Head for the Middle East and North Africa regions.

Prior to that, he worked in human capital consulting as a senior consultant with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
