Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) has appointed Leonid Musatov as the chief operating officer and Sandeep Yadav as the chief marketing and brand officer. This comes after Sergey Savchenko took over the chief executive officer position at SSTL, who had replaced Dmitry Shukov.

As COO, Musatov will oversee SSTL’s customer service, sales, marketing and branding functions. He will report to Sergey Savchenko. Savchenko also asked employees to engage more with customers across the company's nine-circle operations and urged them to deliver on annual operating plan (AOP) targets for 2015.

Sandeep Yadav, who earlier was the executive director for voice and data businesses, will report to Leonid Musatov.
