Reliance Globalcom has appointed Wilfred Kwan as chief operating officer.

Kwan will be responsible for Reliance Globalcom’s three offshore businesses including FLAG, Yipes and Vanco. He has more than 25 years of industry experience and prior to joining Reliance Globalcom served as chief technology officer with Pacnet. Besides Pacnet, Kwan has also worked with organisations such as Global One, Lucent Technologies, Motorola and Nortel.
