AGC Networks, a subsidiary of the Essar Group’s BPO arm Aegis, has appointed V. Srinivasa Raghavan as chief financial officer.

In this role, Raghavan will focus on all of the company’s financial operations. Also, he is expected to lead and expand the company’s engagement with the investor community.
