Alcatel-Lucent has appointed Jean Raby as the chief financial and legal officer. Raby will be based out of the company’s corporate office in Paris.

Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Raby was associated with Goldman Sachs as a partner and managing director with the company’s Investment Banking division. He has also worked as an associate attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell.

Raby has an LLB from the Université Laval in Quebec City, an M. Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, UK, and an LLM from the Harvard Law School.
