BSNL launches ‘Pyari Jodi’ offer

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new offer, wherein users can avail of a free mobile SIM with its wired connection. Moreover, calls to BSNL landline numbers will also be free.
Announcing the scheme named 'Pyari Jodi' here, Sachin Pilot, Minister of State for Information Technology said the scheme will initially be rolled out in Mumbai and then to the rest of Maharashtra and Goa.
The scheme is aimed at using the operator’s large landline customer database to boost its mobile business.
