TTML increases its capital expenditure to Rs 54 billion

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has increased its capital expenditure by Rs 21 billion to Rs 54 billion for the deployment of CDMA technology in Maharashtra and Goa. TTML has already spent Rs 35 billion on the project and has covered up to 131 cities. With the new capex, the company plans to increase its coverage to 150 towns, consolidate its presence in the already covered areas and add newer offerings like data services.
