6,000 call centre seats to be established across India

Around 6,000 call centre seats will be established by these companies during this period across India. The call centres will be used to handle inbound post-paid and prepaid queries and also to upsell and cross-sell value-added services. Bharti has also outsourced call switching and routing to Nortel.
