Airtel announced the launch of its Platinum 3G services in Lucknow.

The service was recently launched in Kanpur.

The company expects to launch Platinum 3G service in three more cities, namely Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Allahabad by end-October 2015.

The company is further aiming to cover all major towns and district headquarters in UP-East with 3G by March 2016.
