OnMobile posts its results for the fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2013

OnMobile Global has posted its results for the fourth quarter and full year (financial year 2013), ended March 31, 2013.

For the fourth quarter of financial year 2013, the company net revenues of Rs 1.84 billion, a 3.7 per cent increase over the fourth quarter of financial year 2012. For the full year (financial year 2013), revenue increased by 13.7 per cent to Rs 7.25 billion.

Highlights for the fourth quarter of financial year 2013

Revenues from the company's India operations increased by 5.9 per cent, quarter-on-quarter to Rs 667 million, but declined by 21 per cent on a year-on-year basis.

Meanwhile, international revenues increased by 26.1 per cent, year on year and 3.7 per cent quarter on quarter to Rs 11.7 billion. This revenue accounted for 64.8 per cent of the company's net sales in the fourth quarter of financial year 2013.

The Latin American market contributed most of the company's international revenues, recording 65 per cent year-on-year growth. The African and European businesses also continued to grow and recorded a 39.8 per cent and 39.7 per cent increase respectively, over the last year.

The company's EBITDA declined by 20.0 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 15.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 350 million. Net Profit decreased by 47.6 per cent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 108 million and increased by 125.4 per cent year-on-year

Highlights for the full year financial year 2013 FY2013

The company's net revenue increased by 13.7 per cent to Rs 7.25 billion. International revenues stood at Rs 4.40 billion, a 55.1 per cent increase. This growth was attributed to the Latin American (grew by 135.7 per cent), the African (increased by 105.3 per cent) and the European (increased by 48.4 per cent) markets.

Revenues from the company's India operations declined by 19.6 per cent to Rs 2.84 billion. EBITDA increased by 6.8 per cent to Rs 1.49 billion while net profit decreased by 43.2 per cent to Rs 472 million.
