Orange appoints Arnaud Castille as executive vice-president for mergers and acquisitions

France-based telecom service provider, Orange has appointed Arnaud Castille as executive vice-president for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He will report to Gervais Pellissier, group deputy chief executive officer and chief financial officer.
Castille will succeed Vincent Benoit, who has resigned. Prior to joining Orange, he headed the M&A division at the Vivendi Group. Castille has also worked with Ernst & Young and CSC Peat Marwick.
